Common questions about our pricing

What's included in the €3,000 setup fee?

CRM and ICP audit, LinkedIn/Meta campaign architecture, creative asset production, tracking stack setup (GA4, HubSpot/Salesforce integration), and initial keyword/audience research. This fee is waived for 6+ month commitments.

How does the performance bonus work?

You pay a €350 bonus for every SQL delivered beyond your plan's guaranteed target. For example, if you're on the Growth plan (20-30 SQLs guaranteed) and we deliver 35 SQLs, you pay €350 × 5 = €1,750 in bonuses that month.

Can I switch plans mid-contract?

Yes. You can upgrade anytime. Downgrades require 30 days' notice and are only allowed after the 3-month minimum commitment.

What happens if you don't hit the SQL target?

If we don't deliver the minimum guaranteed SQLs in your first 90 days, we continue working for free (you only pay ad spend) until we hit the target. After 90 days, if we consistently miss targets, you can cancel without penalty.

Are there any additional costs (ad spend, tools, etc.)?

You pay ad spend directly to LinkedIn/Meta (typically €3-8k/month depending on your market and targets). All tools, software, and reporting are included in your monthly retainer. No hidden costs.

Do you work with brands outside the UK/EU/UAE?

Our primary markets are UK, EU, and UAE. We can consider US/CA/ANZ clients on a case-by-case basis for the Scale plan (€15k+) if there's a strong strategic fit.

Can I add or remove add-ons during the contract?

Yes. Add-ons can be activated anytime with 7 days' notice. Removing add-ons requires 30 days' notice. Billing adjusts the following month.

What if I want to cancel after 3 months?

You can cancel anytime after the 3-month minimum with 30 days' written notice. If we hit your SQL targets, there's no penalty. If we didn't, we continue working free until we do (per our guarantee).

Do you offer annual discounts?

Yes. 12-month commitments receive 10% off the monthly retainer + setup fee waived + priority support. Contact us for a custom quote.

What's your refund policy?

No refunds on monthly retainers (as services are delivered throughout the month), but our 90-day guarantee ensures you get results or we work for free. Setup fees are non-refundable once campaign architecture begins.
